Licensed clinical waste collection for practices, care homes, clinics and labs across East and West Sussex, from Brighton and Hove to Crawley, Worthing and Chichester.
Licensed clinical waste collection for businesses, with full Duty of Care paperwork on every collection.

Sussex healthcare stretches along the coast and up to Gatwick. University Hospitals Sussex NHS Foundation Trust, formed in 2021, runs the Royal Sussex County Hospital in Brighton, Worthing Hospital, St Richard's Hospital in Chichester, the Princess Royal Hospital in Haywards Heath and Southlands Hospital in Shoreham-by-Sea. East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust serves Eastbourne and Hastings.
Since April 2026, NHS planning for the county has sat with NHS Surrey and Sussex Integrated Care Board. Brighton and Sussex Medical School, a partnership between the University of Brighton and the University of Sussex, trains doctors at Falmer and on the hospital sites.
The business base is varied. Brighton and Hove has a busy private clinic, aesthetics and body art scene. Crawley's Manor Royal Business District and Gatwick Airport bring occupational health and first aid needs. The coastal towns, from Worthing to Bexhill, are home to many care and nursing homes.
Each of those settings produces different waste in different volumes. We plan collections around the storage space Sussex businesses have and provide the consignment notes that prove their Duty of Care.
From sharps in a single treatment room to infectious, cytotoxic and pharmaceutical waste across a multi-site estate, every stream is collected compliantly and backed by the right paperwork.
One accountable partner for clinical, hazardous and specialist waste, backed by more than 25 years of regulated waste experience.
Collections for clinics, practices, care providers, labs and workplaces. We never collect from households.
Sharps, infectious, offensive, cytotoxic, pharmaceutical, anatomical, dental and laboratory waste, collected under one arrangement.
Hazardous waste consignment notes and Duty of Care records for every collection, ready for inspection.
Independently verified to meet high standards of social and environmental performance.
Tell us what you produce, how it is stored and where your sites are. We will confirm the right streams, collection routes and paperwork.
Clinical waste producers across Sussex include coastal care providers, city clinics and businesses around Gatwick. These are the sectors we support most often.
Worthing, Eastbourne, Bexhill and Bognor Regis are home to many care and nursing homes. We collect sharps, continence waste, dressings and unwanted medicines from your colour-coded containers, with records ready for CQC visits.
Brighton and Hove has a strong independent scene of tattoo studios, piercers and aesthetics clinics. Each produces sharps and contaminated waste that needs licensed collection, even when volumes are small.
Employers in Crawley, on Manor Royal and around Gatwick Airport often run occupational health rooms, vaccination clinics and first aid stations. We collect their sharps and infectious waste with the paperwork auditors expect.
Primary care from Chichester to Hastings produces infectious waste, sharps, amalgam and medicines. We schedule collections to suit each practice and record every collection with the correct consignment note.
A simple setup with compliance built in from the first collection.
Share your waste streams, rough volumes and site details so we can match each stream to the right collection and treatment route.
Keep each stream in its own compliant, correctly labelled container in a secure storage area, ready for collection.
Collections are planned around your site, access and volumes, from a single practice to a multi-site estate.
Every collection comes with a hazardous waste consignment note and the records you need to show Duty of Care.
We collect from businesses across the BN, RH, PO and TN postcode areas, including:

Every Sussex business that produces clinical waste must use a licensed collection. That includes care homes along the coast, GP and dental practices, pharmacies, vets, tattoo and aesthetics studios in Brighton and Hove, and occupational health teams around Crawley and Gatwick. Small volumes still carry a full Duty of Care.
HTM 07-01 assigns a colour to each stream. Yellow is for infectious waste that must be incinerated. Orange is for infectious waste suitable for alternative treatment. Yellow and black stripes are for offensive hygiene waste. Cytotoxic medicines belong in purple, other medicines in blue, anatomical waste in red and dental amalgam in white.
Each hazardous clinical collection needs a hazardous waste consignment note, kept for at least three years. Non-hazardous loads travel under a waste transfer note. These documents prove that your waste was handled by licensed carriers and treated correctly. We supply them with every collection, so your files stay complete.
Yes. Needles, cartridges, filler and toxin syringes and contaminated wipes all count as clinical waste, so studios must use a licensed collection and keep records. We collect from your own sharps bins and sacks and set a collection pattern that suits your output and storage space.
Your collection schedule is agreed with you at set-up, based on the volume you produce and the space you have to store waste safely. Your business needs its own correctly labelled, colour-coded containers in line with HTM 07-01 and a secure storage area. We provide licensed collection and the documentation that proves your Duty of Care. If your business grows or changes, we review the schedule.
No. Our collections are limited to businesses and organisations. Residents should contact their local council for household clinical waste, such as Brighton and Hove City Council, Crawley Borough Council, Worthing Borough Council or Chichester District Council. Your GP or pharmacist can also help.
