Overview
Regulated Waste Across Your Whole Estate
Facilities work produces regulated waste in small amounts across many sites: a relamping job leaves hazardous tubes, an office move leaves IT, a plant room upgrade leaves batteries and electrical plant. Using a different supplier for each stream means different paperwork at every property. We collect them all under one account, with consistent records across the estate and reporting you can take to client reviews.

Compliance
Duty of Care for Facilities Managers
Whoever produces or controls waste on a site carries a Duty of Care under section 34 of the Environmental Protection Act 1990, and FM contracts often pass that duty to the contractor. Fluorescent tubes are hazardous waste, building electricals fall under the WEEE Regulations 2013 and waste batteries under the Waste Batteries and Accumulators Regulations 2009.
We provide the right note for every collection at every property, so each site has its own complete record.

Do you provide reporting for client contract reviews?
Yes. We provide collection, compliance and recycling data that can be tailored to your contract KPIs.
Can you handle one-off collections for refurbishments?
