Overview
What Industrial Waste Management Covers
Industrial sites produce regulated waste that general contractors aren't licensed to treat: production line electricals, industrial batteries, fluorescent lighting, process chemicals and high voltage plant. Each stream has its own classification, container and paperwork. We manage them together under one account, so your site stays compliant without juggling several specialist suppliers.

Compliance
Industrial Waste Regulations
Your business has a legal Duty of Care for its waste under section 34 of the Environmental Protection Act 1990, from the moment it's produced to final treatment. Industrial sites usually also fall under the WEEE Regulations 2013, the Hazardous Waste Regulations 2005 and the Waste Batteries and Accumulators Regulations 2009.
We provide waste transfer notes, hazardous waste consignment notes and treatment evidence for every collection. Our guide to hazardous waste regulations covers the detail.

We collect regulated industrial waste: electrical equipment across all 15 WEEE categories, industrial and UPS batteries, lamps, hazardous chemicals and oils, and high voltage equipment. We don't collect general waste.
Can you work around our production schedule?
Yes. Collections are planned around shift patterns, maintenance windows and the site access rules we agree with your team.
Do you handle hazardous industrial waste?
Yes. We classify it with the correct EWC codes, transport it under ADR and send it to licensed treatment, with a consignment note for every collection.
Can you manage several sites under one contract?
Yes. Multi-site businesses get one account manager, the same container setup at each site and consolidated reporting.
What paperwork do we receive?
Waste transfer notes for non-hazardous waste, consignment notes for hazardous waste and treatment evidence for WEEE, kept for the periods the law requires.
