We aim to divert all materials from landfill through recycling, reuse, and energy recovery, turning waste into resources and helping clients reach zero-waste goals.
We help businesses lower their environmental footprint through smart waste solutions that reduce landfill reliance, cut emissions, and improve carbon efficiency.
With an industry-best OCRS of 0.005, our fleet ranks among the safest and cleanest, cutting emissions, downtime, and environmental impact.
We move beyond the take–make–waste model by keeping materials in use for longer, maximising value through reuse and recovery.

Cleaner, Safer Environments
Every year, the Waste Experts team comes together for our eco clean-up, supporting sustainable waste management and protecting the environment.
This year, we covered 39 miles of beaches and parks, collecting 27kg of rubbish for energy from waste and safely treating 21 vapes - helping protect marine ecosystems and raise awareness of pollution.
Providing Educational Experiences
We regularly welcome customers, partners, industry bodies, schools and students to tour our state-of-the-art electrical waste recycling facility. These guided visits offer a behind-the-scenes look at how waste is safely sorted, treated, and recovered - from drop-off and depollution to advanced processing and quality control.
Led by our expert team, each tour highlights why correct sorting, contamination reduction, and education are essential to responsible recycling, giving visitors real insight into how compliant, high-quality recycling works in practice.

Our commitment goes beyond profit; it extends to fostering social responsibility and making a difference in people's lives.

Through Waste Awareness Days, Recycling Facility Tours and school initiatives, we empower communities with the knowledge and confidence to make sustainable choices.
We work with schools and youth groups to run recycling drives and educational competitions that inspire environmental action from a young age.
We champion fairness, inclusion, and wellbeing across our workforce and partnerships - building a business where everyone feels valued and respected.
From beach cleans to local litter picks, our team regularly gets hands-on to protect public spaces and inspire environmental pride in the places we live and work.

Enriching Lives
We’re proud to support local charities close to our offices and recycling facilities - organisations that often don’t receive the visibility or funding of larger national charities. By using our network to raise awareness and support their work, we help make a meaningful difference where it matters most.
We partner with charities that share our values and encourage our customers and suppliers to get involved, building stronger relationships and a shared sense of responsibility beyond day-to-day business.
Engaging Employees
We actively encourage our team to give back through a range of volunteering initiatives, with every employee entitled to one paid volunteering day each year. From supporting foodbanks and schools to taking part in charity walks and community events, our people choose causes that align with their values.
By working alongside local charities and community organisations, we help support social and environmental initiatives that create positive, lasting impact - strengthening our communities while bringing our team together around shared purpose.

Our commitment to delivering business value is unwavering, ensuring that we remain at the forefront of the waste industry and continue to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients and their organisations.
