At Waste Experts, we are fully licensed and permitted to treat all WEEE containing Persistent Organic Pollutants (POPs), ensuring that we maintain the highest recycling and recovery rates for these materials. Our commitment to environmental stewardship extends to irreversibly destroying POPs in accordance with EA and DEFRA guidance.

Taking a leadership role in the sector, Waste Experts actively collaborates with the Environment Agency (EA) and the Independent Council for Electronics Recycling (ICER) to produce guidelines for all treatment facilities across the UK.
