Overview
Manufacturing Waste, Handled Stream by Stream
Factories generate regulated waste that has to be separated and documented: end-of-life production equipment, forklift and UPS batteries, high bay lighting, cutting fluids and solvents. Customer audits and supply chain checks increasingly ask where that waste went. We collect each stream in the right container and give you a documented chain of custody from your loading bay to final treatment.

Why Waste Experts
Why Manufacturers Choose Waste Experts
Production can't stop for a waste collection, and an auditor won't accept a missing note. We plan around both.
Planned Around Production
Collections fit your shift patterns, planned maintenance and shutdowns, agreed with your site team in advance.
Process Waste Classified Correctly
Cutting fluids, solvents and aerosols coded, packaged and moved under ADR to licensed treatment.
Evidence for Supply Chain Audits
Treatment records and recycling data to support customer audits and ESG reporting, from a certified B Corp.
In-House Treatment
Your WEEE is treated at our own AATF, so there's no chain of subcontractors between your site and the result.
Compliance
Manufacturing Waste Regulations
Manufacturers have a Duty of Care for every waste stream under section 34 of the Environmental Protection Act 1990. Production waste commonly falls under the WEEE Regulations 2013 and the Hazardous Waste Regulations 2005, and sites with an environmental permit may have extra conditions on waste.
Every collection comes with the right transfer or consignment note, plus treatment evidence for your records and your customers' audits.
