Licensed clinical waste collection for Surrey clinics, surgeries, care homes, vets and labs, with compliant treatment routes and full Duty of Care records.
Licensed clinical waste collection for businesses, with full Duty of Care paperwork on every collection.

Surrey has no single dominant city, so its healthcare is spread across several hubs. Guildford is home to the Royal Surrey County Hospital. Frimley Park Hospital serves the west of the county, St Peter's Hospital in Chertsey serves the north, and East Surrey Hospital in Redhill serves the east. Epsom Hospital covers the area around Epsom and Ewell.
NHS planning for most of the county now sits with NHS Surrey and Sussex Integrated Care Board, formed in April 2026 from the former Surrey Heartlands and Sussex boards.
Surrey is also strong in animal and life sciences. The University of Surrey runs a School of Veterinary Medicine in Guildford, next to the Surrey Research Park. The Pirbright Institute, which studies viral diseases of animals, is based in the village of Pirbright. Around these sit large numbers of veterinary practices, private clinics, dental surgeries and care homes.
That mix means very different waste streams in a small area. A vet in Farnham, a dentist in Woking and a care home in Reigate each need the right containers and treatment routes. Each Surrey business must segregate by HTM 07-01 colour codes, and we provide the consignment notes that prove their Duty of Care.
From sharps in a single treatment room to infectious, cytotoxic and pharmaceutical waste across a multi-site estate, every stream is collected compliantly and backed by the right paperwork.

Surrey's clinical waste comes from a broad base of practices and care providers. Four sectors account for most of our Surrey work.
Surrey has a large network of small animal and equine vets. We collect sharps, infectious waste, anatomical waste and medicines from practices in Guildford, Farnham and the Surrey Hills, with the paperwork each hazardous load needs.
Care homes across Epsom, Leatherhead, Dorking and Reigate manage residents' sharps, dressings and unwanted medicines. We collect from the colour-coded containers your staff use and provide collection records ready for CQC inspections.
Private GPs, dentists, orthodontists and aesthetics clinics in Weybridge, Cobham and Guildford produce sharps, amalgam and infectious waste. We plan discreet collections around your treatment rooms and record every collection.
Groups at the Surrey Research Park and University of Surrey generate laboratory waste and contaminated sharps. We work with lab managers to confirm waste codes and match each stream to compliant treatment.
A simple setup with compliance built in from the first collection.
Share your waste streams, rough volumes and site details so we can match each stream to the right collection and treatment route.
Keep each stream in its own compliant, correctly labelled container in a secure storage area, ready for collection.
Collections are planned around your site, access and volumes, from a single practice to a multi-site estate.
Every collection comes with a hazardous waste consignment note and the records you need to show Duty of Care.
We collect from businesses across the GU, KT, RH, TW, SM and CR postcode areas, including:

Any Surrey business generating clinical waste must have a licensed collection in place. That covers GP and dental surgeries, care homes, pharmacies, private clinics, aesthetics studios, physiotherapists, laboratories and the county's many veterinary practices. Equine and small animal vets have the same Duty of Care as human healthcare providers.
Use the HTM 07-01 colour codes. Yellow is for infectious waste that needs incineration, orange is for infectious waste that can go to alternative treatment, and yellow and black is for offensive waste. Purple holds cytotoxic medicines, blue holds other medicines, red holds anatomical waste and white holds dental amalgam.
Hazardous clinical collections need a hazardous waste consignment note, which you must keep for at least three years. A waste transfer note covers any non-hazardous streams. These records show where your waste went and how it was treated. We supply the correct documents at every Surrey collection.
Yes. We support veterinary practices across Surrey with collections of sharps, infectious waste, anatomical waste and unwanted veterinary medicines, including cytotoxic drugs. We collect each stream your team has segregated and supply consignment notes for every hazardous load, so your practice records stay complete.
We agree a regular collection schedule with you at set-up, based on volume and storage space, and adjust it when your needs change. Surrey sites need their own compliant HTM 07-01 colour-coded containers, correctly labelled for each stream, and a secure area to store them. We provide licensed collection along with the consignment notes and Duty of Care records for your files.
No. We only serve businesses and organisations. Surrey residents should contact their borough or district council for household clinical waste, for example Guildford Borough Council or Woking Borough Council. Your GP or pharmacist can also advise on safe disposal of sharps used at home.
