Licensed clinical waste collection for Hampshire practices, care homes, clinics and labs, from Southampton and Portsmouth to Winchester and Basingstoke.
Licensed clinical waste collection for businesses, with full Duty of Care paperwork on every collection.

Hampshire's healthcare is spread across two large cities and a string of busy county towns. NHS Hampshire and Isle of Wight Integrated Care Board plans services for the area. Its acute care runs through University Hospital Southampton, which operates Southampton General Hospital and the region's major trauma centre, and Portsmouth Hospitals University NHS Trust at Queen Alexandra Hospital in Cosham.
Further north, Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust runs the Royal Hampshire County Hospital in Winchester and Basingstoke and North Hampshire Hospital. Solent NHS Trust and Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust provide community and mental health care across the county.
Education and research add to the picture. The University of Southampton trains doctors, and the University of Portsmouth runs a School of Dental Health and Care Professions. Southampton Science Park at Chilworth hosts technology and life science companies. Around them are hundreds of GP surgeries, dental practices, care homes and private clinics.
With producers spread from the New Forest to the Surrey border, consistent segregation and paperwork matter. We help Hampshire businesses keep consignment notes in order and set collection patterns that suit each site, whether it is a city clinic or a rural care home.
From sharps in a single treatment room to infectious, cytotoxic and pharmaceutical waste across a multi-site estate, every stream is collected compliantly and backed by the right paperwork.
One accountable partner for clinical, hazardous and specialist waste, backed by more than 25 years of regulated waste experience.

Sharps, infectious, offensive, cytotoxic, pharmaceutical, anatomical, dental and laboratory waste, collected under one arrangement.
Hazardous waste consignment notes and Duty of Care records for every collection, ready for inspection.

Tell us what you produce, how it is stored and where your sites are. We will confirm the right streams, collection routes and paperwork.
Our Hampshire service covers city practices, county care providers and specialist labs. Most of our county work falls into these four groups.
Both cities have dense dental communities, supported by the dental school in Portsmouth. We collect sharps, extracted teeth, infectious waste and amalgam from your white amalgam containers, with full consignment records for every surgery.
Care and nursing homes from Lymington to Andover handle continence waste, dressings, sharps and unwanted medicines. We agree collection patterns that work for rural sites as well as town centre homes.
Life science firms at Southampton Science Park and research groups linked to the University of Southampton produce laboratory waste and contaminated sharps. We match each waste code to a compliant treatment route.
Winchester and Basingstoke support a strong mix of private GPs, physiotherapists, podiatrists and aesthetics clinics. We arrange discreet collections that suit smaller treatment rooms, with the documentation inspectors expect to see.
A simple setup with compliance built in from the first collection.
Share your waste streams, rough volumes and site details so we can match each stream to the right collection and treatment route.
Keep each stream in its own compliant, correctly labelled container in a secure storage area, ready for collection.
Collections are planned around your site, access and volumes, from a single practice to a multi-site estate.
Every collection comes with a hazardous waste consignment note and the records you need to show Duty of Care.
We collect from businesses across the SO, PO, RG, GU and SP postcode areas, including:

Every Hampshire business that creates clinical or healthcare waste must use a licensed collection. That includes dental practices in Southampton and Portsmouth, GP surgeries, care homes across the county, pharmacies, vets, laboratories at Southampton Science Park, and aesthetics clinics in Winchester and Basingstoke. Size makes no difference to your legal Duty of Care.
HTM 07-01 sets the colours. Infectious waste for incineration goes in yellow, and infectious waste suitable for alternative treatment goes in orange. Offensive hygiene waste uses yellow and black stripes. Cytotoxic and cytostatic medicines use purple lids, other medicines use blue, anatomical waste uses red and dental amalgam uses white.
Keep a hazardous waste consignment note for every hazardous clinical collection and store it for at least three years. Waste transfer notes cover non-hazardous streams and should be kept for two years. These documents prove your Duty of Care. We provide the correct paperwork at each collection, so your files stay audit-ready.
Yes. We support businesses across the county, from city centre clinics in Southampton and Portsmouth to care homes and veterinary practices in the New Forest, the Test Valley and East Hampshire. Collection patterns are planned around your output and storage, so rural sites get the same compliant service.
The collection schedule is agreed with you at set-up, based on how much waste you produce and how much safe storage you have. On site you need your own compliant, correctly labelled colour-coded containers for each stream and a lockable storage area. We provide licensed collection and the documentation for every load. We review the schedule if your service grows or your needs change.
No. Our clinical waste service is for businesses only. Residents should contact their local council for household clinical waste, such as Southampton City Council, Portsmouth City Council, Winchester City Council or Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council.
