Compliant clinical waste collection for London clinics, practices, labs and care providers, from the Harley Street area out to the edge of the M25.
Licensed clinical waste collection for businesses, with full Duty of Care paperwork on every collection.

London has one of the densest healthcare estates in the country. NHS England lists 18 acute trusts in the capital, including Guy's and St Thomas', King's College Hospital, Barts Health and University College London Hospitals. Since April 2026 the city has been organised into four integrated care boards: North East London, South East London, South West London, and West and North London.
Around that NHS core sits a large private sector. The Harley Street area, part of the Howard de Walden Estate, employs more than 3,000 people across clinics, practices and hospitals. Research is just as concentrated, with the Francis Crick Institute at King's Cross, the Royal Veterinary College in Camden and university medical and dental schools across the city.
That density puts real pressure on waste handling. Many sites share buildings, have little storage space and sit in controlled parking zones. Mixed or mislabelled bags are easy to miss when space is tight, and one wrong bag can turn a routine consignment into a compliance problem.
Segregating each stream into the right HTM 07-01 colour-coded container is your team's responsibility. We then provide licensed collection and a compliant treatment route for every stream. Each collection comes with hazardous waste consignment notes and full Duty of Care documentation, so your records stand up to an audit or a regulatory inspection.
From sharps in a single treatment room to infectious, cytotoxic and pharmaceutical waste across a multi-site estate, every stream is collected compliantly and backed by the right paperwork.
One accountable partner for clinical, hazardous and specialist waste, backed by more than 25 years of regulated waste experience.

Our clinical waste service suits any London business that produces healthcare or hygiene waste, from a single treatment room to a multi-site group.
Consultant rooms, cosmetic surgeons and diagnostic clinics around Harley Street, Wimpole Street and Marylebone produce sharps, infectious waste and medicines. We arrange collections that suit small rooms and listed, shared buildings, with records for every consignment.
NHS and private dental surgeries across the capital need a reliable route for amalgam, extracted teeth with fillings, sharps and infectious waste. We collect from your colour-coded containers and provide the paperwork your practice needs for compliance checks.
Life science labs around King's Cross and the Euston Road produce cultures, contaminated plastics and sharps. We collect laboratory and anatomical waste under the correct waste codes, with traceable documentation for every consignment.
Residential and nursing homes across the outer boroughs produce offensive hygiene waste, incontinence products, sharps and unused medicines. Regular collections stop waste building up in small storage areas and keep corridors clear.
A simple setup with compliance built in from the first collection.
Share your waste streams, rough volumes and site details so we can match each stream to the right collection and treatment route.
Keep each stream in its own compliant, correctly labelled container in a secure storage area, ready for collection.
Collections are planned around your site, access and volumes, from a single practice to a multi-site estate.
Every collection comes with a hazardous waste consignment note and the records you need to show Duty of Care.
We collect from businesses in every inner London postcode area, including E, EC, N, NW, SE, SW, W and WC, plus the outer areas BR, CR, DA, EN, HA, IG, KT, RM, SM, TW and UB.
From single surgeries to clinic groups with sites in several boroughs, we plan collections around loading bays, access rules and building management requirements.

Any London business that produces healthcare, hygiene or infectious waste needs a licensed collection. That covers GP surgeries, dental practices, private clinics on and around Harley Street, pharmacies, care homes, vets, tattoo studios, aesthetics clinics and laboratories. Even a small producer, such as a salon offering injectable treatments, has a legal duty to store this waste safely and pass it only to a licensed carrier.
HTM 07-01 sets the colour codes. Orange is for infectious waste suitable for alternative treatment and yellow for infectious waste that must be incinerated. Yellow and black tiger bags take offensive waste. Purple lids mark cytotoxic and cytostatic waste, blue lids other medicines and red lids anatomical waste. Dental amalgam goes in its own white container. Your team must place each item in the correct container before it is collected.
Clinical waste is usually hazardous, so each collection needs a hazardous waste consignment note. You must keep these for at least three years. Non-hazardous streams such as offensive waste need a waste transfer note, kept for at least two years. Under the Duty of Care you must also check your carrier is licensed. We provide all of this documentation with every collection.
Yes. Many London clinics sit in mansion blocks, shared offices or streets with tight parking controls. We agree access details with you before the first collection, including loading points, entry codes and any building management rules. We also plan collection frequency around the storage space you actually have, so waste is not left in corridors or communal areas.
Collections run on a regular schedule agreed with you, such as weekly, fortnightly or monthly, based on how much waste your site produces. Before the first visit, you need your own compliant HTM 07-01 colour-coded containers, correctly labelled, and a secure storage area away from public access. We provide licensed collection and every consignment note and Duty of Care record, and you can request extra collections when volumes change.
No. Our service is for businesses only. London residents who need sharps or other clinical waste removed from home should contact their borough council, such as Westminster City Council, Camden Council or Southwark Council. Your GP or pharmacist can also explain how to get a sharps bin and arrange its return.
